We offer a variety of classes and workshops for women and girls aged 10+. From weekly classes to 2 hour workshops and everything in between we have something to suit all lifestyles and budgets.

Weekly classes for girls
Our continuous weekly girls classes offer girls between the ages of 10-17 the chance to master skills and gain confidence that can be seriously life changing. Girls get the chance to train skills each week and form close bond through doing so. They also have a familiar, friendly group to have important discussions about keeping safe. As well as physical skills, girls will learn about boundaries, red flags and more.
Weekly women & girls class
We also offer weekly classes for women and girls aged 14+.
This class is a great option for mum and daughters to regularly train together.
Suitable for complete beginners and all fitness levels.
