Sparkle S.A.F.E by Sparkle Studios is a self defence school for women and girls aged 10 and over. We teach practical, simple, real-life skills that could prove life saving. We are not a martial arts school and we are not teaching women to fight, instead, we are teaching them about boundaries, how to stay safe and what to do in the event of a threat.
We offer self-defence classes, courses and workshops for women and girls aged 10+.
These include continuous weekly classes, 6 week courses, mum and daughter, off to Uni, secondary school starters and more. Our instructors are taught and certified by Strike Back Self Defence (as seen on Dragon’s Den) the world’s largest women’s self defence organisation.
